North City has over 1,000 free carparks, 800 of which are undercover.

Undercover parking is available in the two levels adjacent to the Centre and also underneath New World. Uncovered parking is available on the upper level of the shopping centre off Titahi Bay Road.

Our free parking is available for 180 – 240 minutes, however if you are planning an extended stay, no worries simply pop to our Customer Service to let them know.

P180 parking is available in the main carpark on Titahi Bay Road, and P240 parking is available in the carpark under New World off Lyttelton Ave.

Our team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information, including the hire of Kiddie Kabs, free loan of wheelchairs and push chairs and Gift Card sales. Gift Cards can also be purchased online.

Please feel free to breastfeed your baby anywhere in the Centre, or if you’d like somewhere more private, we welcome you to use our parents’ rooms.

Parents’ rooms

Our parents’ rooms are child friendly spaces designed for your convenience. They are equipped with microwaves, bottle warmers, toddler toilets, change tables and private seated areas for your feeding privacy.

Parents’ rooms are located:

• Upper level, near the top of the travelator next to The Body Shop
• Lower level, between Overland and Autograph

When visiting with your little ones we have a few ways we can help.  Parents parking spaces are available close to our entry’s, and a lift and rampways are located nearby for pram access.

Parents rooms are located on both levels near the main toilet facilities. These amenities have private feeding spaces, bottle warmer and microwave, change tables, and smaller toilets for little ones.

You can also visit our Customer Service team on the lower level for free stroller loan, or hire a Kiddie Kab from $5 per hour.  (Photo ID is required to hire or loan equipment).
