Studio 4 Mums & Bubs Pilates Info:
The Mum’s and Bub’s Pilates classes are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Post Natal classes focus on rebuilding core muscles and helping prepare mum for further exercise. They are used to babies needing feeding and cuddles so mums are welcome to join in as much or as little as they feel comfortable, or babies will allow. As a physio instructor Claire can adapt exercises for any injuries or conditions. Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks post birth. Feel free to wear anything you feel comfortable working out in, and mats are provided.
