Here are a few important things to note about attending the activity.
- Please double check your session time and date and ensure you arrive in plenty of time to be ready to check in for your activity session on time.
- Parking can be busy during school holidays, so you may need to plan to arrive early.
- If you can no longer attend your session please cancel your booking via your confirmation email you received from Eventbrite. This ensures that we can reallocate sessions to other children wishing to attend.
- This activity is selling out so if attendees have not arrived within 5 mins of the session start time, these spots will be reallocated to other children waiting.
- We have a strictly limited number of 20 per session. If your spot is given away unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you at the session and you will need to rebook or go on the waiting list for another session. This is to ensure we give as many children the opportunity to enjoy this free activity as possible.
- If you are running late, but will still be able to attend the session, you can try calling the Customer Service Desk prior to the session start time to see if your spot can be kept. This must be done prior to the session start time. Please phone 04 237 5569 (press 2).
