Position: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: North City Shopping Centre, Porirua (Managed by Savills NZ)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36-hour week (includes a half-day Wednesday)
Join the team at North City, a vibrant Shopping Centre featuring over 80 stores including Kmart, Farmers, and Reading Cinemas. As a key member of the Centre Management team, you’ll help deliver an exceptional experience for both customers and retailers.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering outstanding customer service

Leading and supporting the Customer Service team

Managing gift card sales and courtesy equipment (prams, wheelchairs)
-
Assisting with marketing campaigns and community events
-
Building strong relationships with retailers
What We’re Looking For:
-
Proven background in customer service (Retail or Shopping Centre experience a plus)
-
Experience in team leadership or people management
-
Excellent communication, time management, and computer skills
-
Friendly, proactive, and adaptable with a strong team spirit
