Passport to Paradise Terms and Conditions

- The promoter is North City Shopping Centre; located at 2 Titahi Bay Road, Porirua.
- The promotional period runs from Thursday, 10 April – Sunday, 11 May 2025 at 6pm NZDT.
- To enter the promotion, customers must make a purchase at any participating North City food retailer to receive one stamp on their official entry form during the promotional period. Once there are six valid stamps on a passport this will be equal to one entry into the promotion. Customers may enter as many times as they like.
- There is one major prize of a $5,000 Flight Centre Travel Gift Card.
- One winner will be drawn from all entries submitted throughout the promotional period.
- Purchases must be made during the promotional period at one of the participating retailers to be eligible to enter the draw.
- Participating stores include; Butlers Chocolate Café, Comma Tea, Crack Chicken, Donut King, Esquire Café, Ice Queen, Little Manila, Majestic Tea Bar, McDonald’s, Mint Dumpling, Muffin Break, O&Bowl, Pita Pit, Royal Roast, Satay Me, Sen Sushi, Spice Traders, Starbucks, Sushiya, Tank Juice and The Coffee Club.
- The prize may only be used at the Flight Centre – North City.
- The major prize winner will be drawn 12pm on Monday, 12 May 2025 from all entries submitted in the official entry boxes at North City during the promotional period.
- Winners must collect their prizes from North City Shopping Centre within fourteen days of being notified.
- The major prize winner will be contacted no later than 12pm Tuesday, 13 May 2025 via their details supplied on the entry form. The promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize if (a) the promoter is unable to contact a winner after four attempts (within 10 days after the draw) on their supplied details, or (b) the winner fails to collect their prize in accordance with clause 10 of these terms and conditions.
- Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be split into different amounts, and is subject to Flight Centre terms and conditions.
- Any winner takes the prize at their own risk and indemnifies North City in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax and other costs that may be associated with the prize.
- The promoter, North City management and staff, retailers, contractors, their immediate families and associated agencies of the promoter and North City are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
